The sub-tropical climate of this region is best suited to plants from South America and South East Asia, and you will be introduced to a variety of the best growers for harvesting throughout the year.
Whilst some may be unfamiliar, you will find that they are not lacking in nutritional value. You will be given a taste of my favorite veggies and herbs.
